ABOUT YOUR ORDER

  • Please watch your email account in case we need to communicate with you about your order. If you give us an account that you do not check regularly, that may delay your order if we have a question!
  • If you have deadlines, please let us know in the comment section.
  • Payment must be in US Dollars.
  • Payment needs to include shipping and handling costs. The amount is shown on the online order form.
  • If you are a Texas resident, select the resident of Texas check box during the payment process. We must include 8.25% sales tax (calculated by the order form) on your items as well as the shipping costs. It is a State of Texas policy.

SHIPPING IN THE US
Within the US, initial order shipments are sent by US Post Prioroty Mail, by UPS ground, or by US Post Express Mail, depending on your selection. We can ship via US Post to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship via FedEx. We do not use UPS accounts other than our own.

Why is UPS so Expensive?
We are not integrated with UPS shipping, so we do not know the location or type of address. The rates are based on:

  • Shipping to the most distant zone in the Continental US
  • + $2.50 for possible remote address
  • + $2.50 for possible residential delivery
  • + 5% fuel surcharge

TRACKING SHIPMENTS
US Post Priority Mail has limited tracking. US Post Express Mail has full tracking and insurance. You will receive an email with tracking information from the US Post Office with a link to a tracking web site for both methods of shipping.

UPS has full tracking and insurance and will send tracking information through Quantum View to your email address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Air Post An amount is estimated for international orders. Your order will be shipped by the fastest method that falls within the indicated rate. We do not guarantee arrival of such shipments, only that they have been shipped. There is limited tracking available on international shipments sent by simple Air Post.
Global Express If you want an insured and trackable shipment by Global Express, please add a note and we will let you know the additional cost.

BACK ORDERS OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If we are out of stock of a particular item,

  • We may ship what we have and make a note on the invoice about back orders due you.
  • We may try to contact you by email about the probable delivery time of an item or a possible substitution.
  • You are not charged for missing items. We will charge your card only when we ship the item.
  • We generally do not send partial orders over seas, but will contact you about holding the order until complete, shipping a partial order or making substitutions.

    PAYMENT ON-LINE WITH MASTERCARD OR VISA CREDIT CARDS
    For On-Line Payment: On the shopping cart, select Secure Online Credit Card Transaction. Then click the Purchase button. A form is displayed that allows you to enter your vital information. Complete the form and then click the Enter button. A secure credit card form is displayed, in which you can enter you credit card information. When you have completed this form, click the Submit Transaction button. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
    Texas Residents please remember to check the Texas box for tax calculation during the payment process. Thank you.
    Secure Server Your vital credit card information is sent to a secure server. We retrieve the information when we are ready to ship and at that time manually enter your credit card information.

    PAYMENT BY TELEPHONE WITH MASTERCARD OR VISA CREDIT CARDS
    For Telephone Payment: On the shopping cart, select Credit Card Transaction Via Telephone. Then click the Purchase button. A form is displayed that allows you to enter your vital information.

    Phoning us Complete the form and then click the Enter button. An order form is displayed, showing our toll free telephone number and your order. Using this form as a reference, call us with your order. If we're not in, leave a message and we'll give you a call to take your payment.

    PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
    On the shopping cart, select Check or Money order as your payment option. Then click the Purchase button. A form is displayed that allows you to enter your vital information. Click the Enter button. An order form is displayed, showing our mailing address and your order. Print this form. No cash payments! If all you have is cash, take it to a convenience store or post office and ask for a money order.

    REFUNDS AND RETURNS
    If not completely satisfied with any item, within 30 days return the item in its original packaging. It must be suitable for selling on our store shelves. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the cost of the item. No refunds on the original shipping costs and you pay the return shipping.
