BACKGAMMON

Two players race around the board, blocking the opponent and using the roll of the dice to be the first to get their pieces off the board. According to legend, Backgammon represents the 24 hours of the day (the triangles), 12 months and 12 zodiac signs (the two halves of the triangles), 30 days (the game pieces), day and night (the 2 dice), and the seven days or seven planets (the spots on opposite sides of a die).

    For added interest, some people like using a special backgammon doubling die for betting on the outcome of the game. For those players with this gambling interest, we have backgammon doubling dice that roll 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64. Also called doubling cubes.

    BACKGAMMON DICE CUPS & CHECKERS

    Backgammon cups are different from regular dice cups since they have flattened sides which allow them to be inserted into most closed attache cases.

  • Domestic orders are sent by UPS. They will send tracking information through Quantum View to your email address.
  • Domestic backorders are shipped at our cost, usually by US Post.
  • International orders are sent by US Post. We try our best to have orders complete before shipping overseas.
