Most of these dice are cast in resin to look like bones and are not made from real bones. Most of these are animal friendly bone dice!

	Knucklebone Die - These replica bone dice are "sheep friendly" in that they were modeled after real sheep's knuckles and then cast in an ivory colored resin to resemble bone. Early dice were often made from sheep's knuckles and were called bones. Numbers were assigned to the four long sides, each side with a different shape. Ancient peoples also played jacks with sheep's knuckles or small pebbles. The irregular shape is approximately 1 3/8 inches x 1 inch. 	Ancient Roman Bull's Eye Bone Die (replica) - Bone dice with bulls-eye markings as pips have been found in archeological sites such as Pompeii.
